Easylet has worked closely with landlords since 1996, to maintain the most current database of available accommodation. When you become a member, you will be entitled to three months personal service from our large database. We work with over 2,000 landlords, and cover Kensington, Chelsea, Notting Hill Gate, Bayswater, Baker Street, Shepherd's Bush, Swiss Cottage / West Hampstead, Angel, Bethnal Green, Pimlico, Clapham and all other central areas.

Throughout your membership we will help you to identify and search accommodation that meets your budget and location, and most importantly, we will arrange convenient viewing appointments with the landlords. We offer a complete letting service to suit individual needs. We take pride in helping hundreds of customers find suitable accommodation every year.

Terms & Conditions of Service

Privacy Policy

a. Easy Let  acts as an introduction agency only, introducing prospective tenants to landlords.

b. The prospective tenant is solely responsible for all agreements, contractual obligations and exchange of monies between him/ herself and the landlord. Easy Let  excludes any liability and will not take any responsibility in the event that any dispute
arises between the landlord and tenant.

c. Any information regarding recommended properties, including visuals, reports, and other information, are given in good faith by Easy Let , are for guidance only, and should not be construed as forming any part of a contract, which may relate to the letting of any property.

d. Easy Let  recommends that all prospective tenants, should satisfy themselves, as to the accuracy of any details provided to them by us. Easy Let  do not accept any liability for the views, or the content of any report provided by a third party, in connection with any property.

e. The fee is payable on acceptance of our Terms & Conditions prior to any work commencing. This fee will provide you with professional representation and services within the rental market for a period of  4 months from the date of receipt of the Fee. In the event that you decide not to move or take up an accommodation this fee is non refundable.

f. Contracts are non transferable.
